NOTICE OF THE 2025 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
CANADIAN MORTGAGE BROKERS ASSOCIATION (the “Association”)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 2025 Annual General Meeting of the Association will be held
on Wednesday, June 25, 2025 at 11:00 AM Pacific Time
via Zoom (link to be provided to authorized voting representatives)

for the following purposes:

• To approve the minutes of the 2024 Annual General Meeting;
• To receive and consider the financial statements of the Association for the financial year ended December 31, 2024;
• To appoint auditors to undertake a Review Engagement for the 2025 fiscal year;
• To elect directors in accordance with the Association’s bylaws;
• To receive the President’s report.
